Fireworks and special effects require preparation. Requirements depend on the product, venue, country and intended use. That is why we discuss these points for every enquiry.
Fireworks categories F1–F4, theatrical pyrotechnics T1–T2 and other pyrotechnics P1–P2 have different conditions. Under the European framework, F4, T2 and P2 are reserved for persons with specialist knowledge. National requirements still apply.
In Germany, § 17 SprengG governs permits for storage facilities. These permits may include conditions and restrictions. A storage permit does not replace other authorisations that may be required for trade or use.
A display or effect may require notifications, permits and venue approval. We also discuss safety distances, the audience, weather conditions and arrangements with the organiser.
Fireworks transport is subject to dangerous goods rules, including ADR where applicable. Classification, packaging, quantities and cross-border supply are assessed for each enquiry.
